Google's Android is an operating system for mobile devices, most notably cell phones.  The first Android devices debuted in 2008 and as of 2011 Android is the world's best selling cell phone platform, eclipsing even Apple's iPhone.  The Android Market features thousands of apps and is organized in a similar vein as Apple's app store.  Online brokers have taken advantage of this huge market by offering their own Android apps.  All broker apps reviewed on this site are free to use for clients and some apps even offer limited features for those without accounts.  Some of the major features offered by broker Android apps include:
