Overview:
Vanguard offers the absolute bear minimum of chart features. You basically have the option to view price and volume history of up to two stocks and an index over a varying time range. That's it. Really. No technical or fundamental indicators and no settings can be saved. If you are a Vanguard customer you have no choice but to use free online charts available at such places as Yahoo! Fiance and Google Finance.
